PESHAWAR- The Fata Disaster Management Authority (FDMA) today said that as many as 45,000 had migrated from the Khyber Agency in the wake of military operation Khyber-I against the militants in the region as reported by NNI.
The FDMA chairman Muhammad Haseeb told media that four registration camps were established in Khyber Agency for registration of Internally Displaced Persons. Free medical treatment is also being provided to the IDPs at the camp, he added.
He informed that polio drops were also being administered to children arriving at the camp. He added that all IDPs were also provided with free transportation along with other facilities.
